Service role
Ascend provides administrative filing and business-support services. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for accurate, complete, timely information and for reviewing prepared details before approval.
Fees and timing
Government fees are separate from Ascend service fees. Government processing times are controlled by the relevant agency and are not guaranteed by Ascend.
Launch requirement
Refunds, cancellations, renewals, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, electronic consent, and state-specific disclosures require legal approval.
